Slide tackling, sliding for interception, or any form of sliding is strictly prohibited and will result in a yellow card.
Two-on-one tackles are not allowed.

Open Play

Outfield players are prohibited from handling the ball, including the entire arm up to (but not including) the shoulder.
Penalties
Penalties require no run-up, and the standing foot must remain grounded. The nonkicking foot should be next to the ball on the designated penalty spot, with the ball kicked from that stance.
Goalkeepers cannot move off the goal line until the penalty is taken.
Goalkeepers
Goalkeepers cannot pick the ball up from a direct back pass; intentional handling results in a direct free kick outside the box.
They can pick up a back pass if it rebounds off side walls (excluding the back wall) or if it last touched a teammate’s head or chest.
Handling is allowed only within the designated goal box (half circle), and goalkeepers have 5 seconds to distribute the ball once picked up, with the referee counting aloud.
Goalkeepers can slide within their designated box but not with studs up.
Dragging the ball from outside the box back in and picking it up again is not permitted, resulting in a penalty spot kick.
Goalkeepers must have 10 fingers on the ball when handling it, and opponents may attempt to knock the ball out of their hands if it’s not secured with two hands.
Cards
Green Card: “Cool down” for 1 minute before re-entering the game.
Yellow Card: Suspended for 5 minutes but can be substituted by an off-field teammate.
Red Card: Suspended for the remainder of the game with the possibility of a further ban, leaving the team with one player down.

In the corner circle, opponents may not tackle a player carrying the ball, but the player has 5 seconds to leave the circle or pass the ball.
A player cannot re-enter the corner circle until another player has touched the ball.
